Brunei Hostel

The blissful feeling I experience as I scroll through photos taken by other photographers and blast catchy ambience music in the background; I realise this was all I needed to feel contented among the extensive volume of social interaction I had in such a short period of time. Rocking my feet to the beat, picturing possible places to explore and infinite amount of shooting ideas, it does not get any better. The only thing that gets better than that would be to execute your plans.

And so, let me take you through my journey to the abandoned. Brunei Hostel exuded similar ambience and vibes to that of Istana Woodneuk, which I covered on a few articles back.

Brunei Hostel is an abandoned boarding school in Tanglin Hill, where it used to house the Bruneian and Malayan students, as well as the Bruneian government officials. Getting in may get a little tricky as there are numerous surveillance cameras surrounding the area.
